 Greene Street Apartments 

• Location: Woodbridge, New Jersey

• Structure: Three-story residential building with 75 tonnes of structural steel and stairs

• Wide flange columns and beams with bent plates for brick supports and Two egress staircases with guardrails and handrails

• 1/4" bent plate treads for staircases with Vertical picketed guardrails and wall-mounted handrails

• Challenges Overcome:

  • Suspending mid-landings from the floor above and Concealing all connections within the stud wall framing

 Holladay Properties 

• Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

• Structure: Two egress staircases, 10 flights each 

• Material: 25 tonnes of structural steel 

• Features:

  • Z-pan stairs with concrete filling

  • Vertical picket guardrails

  • Wall-mounted handrails

• Standards: ADA standards and OSHA guidelines 

 Burnet Place Apartments 

• Location: Austin, Texas

• Structure: Residential building

• Materials: 50 tonnes of structural steel

• Features:

  • HSS and pipe columns  welded to cast-in plates

  • Wide flange beams and Tube braces

• Coordination: Collaborated with wood trades for saddles of LVL girders and beams

 Dwelling Unit Decking 

• Location: East Hampton, New York

• Project: Deck drawings for a residential unit

• Scope: 340 squares of composite decking

• Details:

  • Divided into 20+ divisions

  • Completed with deck installation drawings

  • Provided BOM for decking and accessories
